Part of it, yes! But only the inner circle. You take the 74 for example - 7th line word 4. Than you continue with the rest like that. Roughly translated, I have the German Version, it reads something like "Freedom is a flower that grows quickly, once it's roots spread", however since I don't have the English version nor did I find any scanned images I cannot tell you exactly what it should say for you.

But now comes the problem .. the outer circles contain numbers larger than 89 so it is not for the saffron text alone any more.
First I though, "well than maybe I should use the entire book for it" Page 30 - Word 64 --- that's possible.. but here comes the punchline... the number 80... not in the book...
you can't see the forest for the trees here... at least I don't know what I could do next... There must be a clue somewhere for the reference text for this part of the code.

Before I forget - I even tried to count all letters in the text and use the numbers given by the codewheel... but even that is of no use at all...

What i also noticed is that the inner circles numbers are different with each language but the outer circles numbers are all the same with every version of the notebook. So i'm really wondering if it these actually translate to anything at all.

Page 11 Saffron Text
Crocus Sativus saffron is a plant taken from the Orient.
This bulb grows in June and produces a flower that quicklysprouts three elongated stigmas.
The flowers are harvested by hand. Once the root has been separatedand the stigmas dried, the
latter are turned into a powder of great value. It allowsfor much freedom of use in cooking, and
is much in demand as a spice or colorant that can beemployed in medicinal preparations.

Inner circle has a full stop, outer circles have a dash suggestive of a continuation or series .. for, what purpose I cannot tell.

On a side note! This text editor is made of awesome, lavender blue?

Might as well stick to this linked thread since it is pretty well established for this journal code :).
