This is just a general complaint and if you think that i'm being childish then please ignore me, but i pre-ordered a freedom edition of assassins creed 3 about a month after it was announced and put up for sale, i recently recieved an email saying that i wouldn't be getting it and didn't offer a reason, if anyone working for ubisoft sees this, please can you clarify why this has happened as from what i've seen on the news has said that there has been the most preoders recorded. So please, can you answer my question.

Why are we being charged for calls to customer services for an issue that should never have happened?
I'm going to have to call over the same thing tomorrow and I'm finding it ridiculous.

You do not need to pay - it's an option.

You can contact them for free - using the online system on the pages listed above.

The number is there if you wish to use it - and is the standard number for them - it's not a special number due to this issue.

Ubisoft support have this information for those of you with canceled orders:



'If you pre-ordered Assassin's Creed III from the Ubishop and your pre-order has been cancelled.
