Hi,

I just received the following email from Ubisoft:
"Hej Jonas Johansson!
Tack för din beställning från Ubisoft. På begäran av dig, orderhanteraren eller tillverkaren har följande tagits bort från din order.
Produktnamn Antal som beställts Orsak till avbeställning
Assassin’s 1
Din orderinformation:
Order-ID: 18476910824

Since I am from Sweden the mail is also in Swedish. It says that my order
(Assassin's creed III freedom edition PS3) has been cancelled by me or the manufacturer. I have done no such thing
and can not possibly understand why Ubisoft would cancel my order. Naturally I have contacted Ubisoft via email support.
Has anyone received similar emails? Is there anything else I can do since the release date is just in a couple of days?

Do not rely on them getting back to you via 'email support' PHONE THEM when their lines are open.

I got this too, and I am OUTRAGED. I paid back in May.

Apparently you have to possibly Re-order, or like the above person says, phone them. Im phoning them as soon as possible tomorrow evening and having this sorted, there was NO reason for us to get our cancellation emails today, at such a late time.

Same story here. Paid back in August and just received this when the majority have had theirs shipped. Pretty furious. Going to call after work tomorrow and I would recommend everyone else does.

Mine too, same things says they are out of stock, I ordered mine the day they released the preorder. I have sent them an email and will be calling them tomorrow. I am so annoyed, this is the 2nd bad customer service experience I have had today.

Hope you get it sorted.

I ordered off amazon and mine hasn't been shipped yet, I live in the UK and I'm pretty worried. I guess if the worst comes to the worst you can just buy from a shop, but I agree that it's pretty bad to cancel your preorder, especially now. They could at least have given two weeks warning

You might want to complain on their Ubisoft support page on FB they are usually pretty good at giving you a response.

Guys, make sure you are contacting Ubishop support - not Ubisoft support - they are different departments.. Normal support have no access to your order information - and may have to transfer you over - so sometimes can delay quires.

This can sometimes happen - if your Credit / debt card information is out of date or only recently updated - BUT - best to check with the shop team directly.

This happened to me as well. I pre-ordered in August (as soon as I had the money) and now I've been notified that it has been cancelled. I live in New Zealand.

Who would I call if I live in NZ? Or if possible how do I re-order? I never got refunded the money, just an email about the game being cancelled.

Ubisoft support have this information for those of you with canceled orders:



'If you pre-ordered Assassin's Creed III from the Ubishop and your pre-order has been cancelled.

Please visit http://support.ubi.com/ and submit a support question.

Please include your order number, when the order was made, and any other details that may be relevant to your order.

Unfortunately, store issues cannot be answered directly through this page and we want to make sure that the team dedicated to store support will receive your information.'

Exact same thing, received email this morning telling me order was cancelled, made the preorder in March and raging to find this out today
