Currently going on right now is Best Buy’s buy 2, get 1 free deal on all video games $59.99 and under. Unfortunately, this week didn’t feature many big releases, with the biggest draw, Medal of Honor: Warfighter, not set to win any gaming awards.

Thankfully, Target will be doing their own buy 2, get 1 free starting on Sunday the 28th and running until November 3rd. Unlike this week, next week features a smorgasbord of brand new releases that surely won’t disappoint.

Coming out on October 30th and becoming part of this deal are the Zone of the Enders HD Collection, Need For Speed: Most Wanted, WWE 13, Assassin’s Creed 3, Assassin’s Creed: Liberation, Ragnarok Odyssey, Smart As, Sports Champions 2, and even Toy Story Mania.

If you can’t find three new release titles that interest you, past games like Borderlands 2, Dishonored, XCOM: Enemy Unknown, and Fifa 13 are all good choices.

Will you be taking advantage of this deal next week or are you still going to hold out for Black Friday?

I would, but already preordered and Midnight Launch and Lost Mayan DLC, mainly Lost Mayan DLC. Although it is a good deal. Should I have done it, I would get AC3, NFS, and like Borderlands. I was going to get both AC3 and NFS anyways but meh, then I have to go to Gamestop, cancel my preorder after I just paid it off, deal with the various questions of why am I and it doesn't make sense to do so (Got loads of questions like that before). And Target doesn't have Lost Mayan DLC.

So unless there's something more worth it I guess I'm sticking with my GS for now, although I will look into it.
