i dont think you NEED to but its always better if u do cause it will run faster

Installing games is recommended. Load times are generally shorter and your console will be much quieter.

You still need the disc to play the game though.

I would say yes because this game is massive and just do it to reduce loading times :)

I always install my games because it generally runs better ;)

However, the wait while installing this one is going to be killing me, the thought of having the game in my console, yet having to wait another 5 min to play it will be devestating.

I HAVE to install games in order to play 'em, a huge drawback of PS3. But I recommend you installing it, because it will reduce the loading times..-

Well on PC, you can install and say bye bye to the disc/download, and hello to fast loading times...

I'd recommend installing it. That's what I do with all my 360 games. If it isn't installed - I don't play it. That may seem crazy, but it's SO much better on your console. Increases longevity and reduces burnout drastically. It also makes the console quieter while running the game.

Load times are faster, too, but that's actually not the biggest plus IMO.
