I have been flying the Finnish campaign with the B-239 and after 50 missions need a change. As it doesnt seem likely that a new plane will be coming along I was thinking of a new skin to liven it up.

Has anyone done any Finnish skins for the B-239?

Also is the round markings accurate or did Finland use a blue Swastika sort of design?

The Finnish used the Rosen Cross long before the Nazis used the swastika. IL-2 does not use either as there are laws about it being dispalyed in several (mostly) European countries plus Oleg/1C did not wish to offend those whose life was touched by the horror of the Nazi regime.
You can make both symbols appear for historical accuracy by using IL2 Stab:

There is also a 'Swastika Enabler' or 'Hakenkruz' program out there somewhere.
EDIT
Found a swastika enabler if you want one. Just d/l and unzip. It will place the program for you. Go here:
