http://us.toshiba.com/computers/laptops/satellite/P870/P875-S7200

so yeah, i'm wondering if this can run assassin's creed 1,2,BH etc...
i had a really bad experience with ac1 and 2.. i finsihed them with horrible lag 5-10 fps..

my question is, is that good enough for running the game smoothly, (even on the lowest quality)..
i can't really afford nvidia gforce video card or a QOSMIO laptop..
so.. is that ram, hdd,GHZ and video card enough?

it's really urgent, thanks all for the advance help..

the reason i posted this because the website didn't mention the video card GB..

Nope, that won't cut it, it doesn't even have a proper GPU, just Mobile Intel HD, I doubt it will run games.

Anything with at least an I5 to be safe and it has to have dedicated ATI OR NVIDIA graphics card, dont bother with anything saying "mobile integrated graphics" or words like that

indeed - plus - Laptop versions of graphics cards - don't always work as well - and they are not always supported by games.

The AC series do not recommend them at all - they may work, however it's unknown until you try - so buyer beware.

I would recommend getting a Better laptop, (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Computers-PCs/Laptop-Computers/abcat0502000.c?id=abcat0502000) it seems you need to do a little bit of researching and comparing to find your ultimate purchase. No one on this forum can tell you what to buy, they can just recommend possibly what the best product or choice could be.

here are some links to the AC game requirements and when you shop, keep these aspects in mind>>>

When I look at the lot of PC games nowadays it says they are compatible with Windows. Not Apple, not Linux or Toshiba you had listed above so that might not be a good choice. I would probably go with a Windows. Windows 7 64 bit seems to be the most powerful at the moment and is what I'm currently typing on. Seriously this comp is like a beast, it can handle any games any videos without any lag or anything. Any 'pro' laptops that guarantee no lag cost about a thousand dollars and want you to keep paying as they seem to need fixes all the time for everything.

But I might wait until October 26th as there is a new version of Windows 8 coming out soon to be more powerful than ever before. Dun dun duuun...

You will likely need a gaming laptop in order to play AC on it. Toshiba will not have those or you will not find them at a cheap price. If you are really adamant about it go with an Alienware notebook; more expensive but they are true gaming devices.

Or at a look here: http://us.toshiba.com/computers/laptop-finder?features=High+Performance

Everything there is fairly high priced though (over 700).

It may be too late, but from the website you posted I would consider this: http://us.toshiba.com/computers/laptops/satellite/L870/L875-S7245
It may not be perfect for AC3 but it will be ok

If you wanna buy Toshiba, only their Qosmio family will cut it. They're the specialised gaming ones - the one I'm on now runs all AC games to date at full specs fine, and should do the same for AC3. The flip side is that they are the more expensive end of their range - I had to save for an age to get my current one.
