The 'IL2 Sturmovik Competition' has started and closes on June 17th.

This competition is open to members posting a screenshot from any game in the IL2 Sturmovik series. This Competition carries a theme and a prize for the winner. One shot per member.

The theme for this competition is:

'D-Day'

How you interpret the theme is totally up to you.

The prize for this competition is an airplane caricature painted by our very own Adlabs6 and a copy of the yet to be released 'Aviation Art of Michael Turner'' book delivered to your door.

The P-40 below is an example of the high resoloution caricature that will be sent to you, the actual 'digital' painting will only be revealed to you when you recieve it and will be personalised in some way, how really depends on the length of your name http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

For anyone unsure, Adlabs6 will paint your picture using a digital painting program, this does not mean he presses a few buttons and the program paints the picture, it means he paints it using the same techniques used with real paint......just not with real paint

Screenshot Art.com is hoping to bring more original military art to it's members in the future and we hope this becomes popular.

The winner's screenshot will also be displayed on the homepage of Screenshot Art.com and the Competitions frontpage for one month.

Screenshots in this competition cannot be edited other than resolution and resizing. If we spot any editing over those described your screenshot will be deleted.

This competition will be judged by Screenshot Art.com and invited judges..

Good Luck!
