I haven't found a way to do it ingame, I just have FRAPS running as it shows your frame rate as an overaly to the game screen.

There's an easier way. It's a bit more of a hassle to set up initially, but once you do that its a simple matter of typing 'on' or 'off'.

Go into your main Forgotten Battles folder, and find the .rcu file. Open it with Notepad.

The default looks like this:

@set fast off
@set echo on
@set alias on
@set history 20

@alias a alias
@a h history
@a s show

Edit it to look exactly like this:

@set fast off
@set echo on
@set alias on
@set history 20

@alias a alias
@a h history
@a s show

@a on fps START SHOW
@a off fps STOP HIDE

Now, to turn on the FPS counter online, press ` to bring up the chat, then type '>on' to bring it up. Type '>off' to turn it off.
