LOL, that's been my wallpaper off and on for about year now http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif. It's my current wallpaper and you threw me off there for a second, had to do a double-take.

Oh, and its a FW-190D-9 btw, not the Ta-152.

For one of the Ta152H you will have find the one done by Rikyu Watanabe.

He also did one for the Fw190A-8.

They are too big to scan as one image for posting.

In the Crown book on the Fw190 ISBN0-517-542552

No, those are the stringers that the skin was riveted to.

MandMs,I have the series done by Rikyu Watanabe and is some of the best books I've have in my library. He was a fighter pilot during the war, in the Japanese Airforce.
I believe it is some of the best aircraft art out there.
Thank's for the cut away Tenmmike http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I have 12 of the books he illustrated in the series. It is too bad that the series did not continue.(B-17, Lancaster, Ju-87, Spitfire, F4U, P-51, F6F, Mosquito, Me109, P-38, A6M, Fw190)

I had forgotten that he was a pilot, thanks.

All his art work is supperb.
