Mate, how does saying "We have to get rid of Desmond" mean "AC III wont be finale of Desmond" ?

They meant after AC3. Obviously AC3 has Desmond in it.

I dislike forum nazis, but it needs to be said that this could have/should have been posted in the thread you saw this in.

Desmond is in it alright. They're just coming up with a character to replace Desmond after AC3. So yeah, they will certainly be finishing up the Desmond story.

What kind of word is "culmine"? I think what you're looking for is "conclude". And like the rest of the people here I'm confused how you came to that conclusion when they say they want to get rid of desmond.

This IS the last Desmond game.

It's just kinda weird that while we already know AC3 is gonna be Desmond's last game, they now come up with an article that says they need to get rid of Desmond.
Didn't we know that already?

I believe "culmine" is... Italian(?) actually? Hence his confusion, I do not believe English is his first language.

Assassin's Creed 3 will feature and likely end Desmond's story, beserker134.

The English word the OP intended to use was probably "culminate".
