I have the thumbwheel axis mapped to prop pitch. The thing is, that when I turn the wheel and stop, prop pitch still changes!!??? I stop wheel at 75% and it still moves for about a second. ends up at something like 59% or something. Wierd.

Any advice?

thanks

I've got the same problem (N-50 speedpad ), I've got the wheel mapped to throttle. Needless to say, trying to fly the 262 ends in a flaming mess. I've found the wheel is good for aproximate (combat/furball) throttle movements, I use the keyboard if I want to get fancy.
I think the wheels on these things have a tendency to spike ,cruddy parts. What I'm going to do is rip apart one of my spare mice and replace the wheel with that and see how it goes.
Try taking it apart, and blasting the actual potentiometer(sp?) with air ,maybe it just needs to be cleaned out.
