It's kinda hard to find some dogfight missions with AI in them around. I don't know how to do this yet.

Anyone know where to find dogfight missions with AI?

Not real sure what your asking, but if your asking for a better AI in the mission, then open up the mission, in the mission maker, and set the AI - for each plane (individually) in the enemy flight - to ACE. This will give you a better challenge when the dogfights take place.

if you mean you are starting a multiplayer dogfight and want to meet some AI flown planes .. well you cannot


if on the other hand you are trying to create a multiplayer dogfight and make AI planes flyable by humans that is possible .. but a little complex to do

there are AI planes in co-ops

however I suspect what he is asking is where can he can download missions he can run as an online server that allow humans to fly AI only planes

if so, they do exist, but i do not have any links

In Dogfight mode the following AI is active:
Anti aircraft artillery
Stationary Tanks
Artillery
Stationary ships.
AI aircraft gunners, such as tailgunners in He111, Ju87 etc etc.
No moving AI can be inserted in DF mode. They just sit there and wait for a stupid human to come along so that they can shoot them down!

In COOP mode you can insert AI planes,tanks, veichles and ships that has waypoints, and thus they can move around on the map.

Too bad there wasnt a possibility to have moving AI on DF maps.

They could have added a simple function to the fmb, example that there could be a target marker placed on the map over i.e blue airfield, and that you could select a AI bomber wave that would spawn (x) km away, and the wave would loop each (y) min. The bombers would head just for the target and bomb it, then return to the spawn point and dissapear or land on a field near that spawnpoint.

The online game modes is the worst part of of IL2, thats why you see frustrated ppl trying to do workarounds, like fbd2 and other scripts...

Anyway, we can only hope that BOB will have a better online game mode.

Yeah I meant moving AI controlled planes in dogfighting missions.

Reason why I asked was because I was flying the B-17 and some saw me and assumed I wasn't human but AI controlled. Maybe they were just as confused as I am when I posted a question of moveable AI planes.
