As a huge fan of the Assassins Creed saga i always look forward to future titles based in different periods of history and as many surveys have reavealed The British Empire is amongst one of the favourites suggusted by the AC community. My question to the AC community is in a possible future title of this timeline what things would you include? from people to buildings & monuments - famous events and clothing, possible assassin ideas, absolutely anything. I will look forward to hearing from you guys soon.
Many thanks.

I would go with Tudor for 2 reasons, 1. Characters like Shakespeare and obviously the Tudor kings.
2. The countryside during Tudor times was basically one massive forest, which would make it a good place to do another frontier type thing.
I nearly forgot the war of the roses, that could be intresting.

I would also go with Victorian because I've got a good idea for an assassin:

Name: jack steadman

Born: ireland

Died: england

Joined the assassins because he didn't like the poverty that was happening.

Good at: free running, amazing at free running, so good in fact that the few people who saw him thought he was a different being, the assassins used this to there advantage and spread rumours about this assassin, calling him springheeled jack, viewed upon as an urban legend by the people.

Bad at: large, close quarter fights, he can take on a few guards fine, but when more arrive he has to do a runner.

Moved to India for 2 years to help an ally (ghandi) this leaves space for a sequel

Those three places are my number one choice. If Ubi picked any of those for AC3 I would be very happy.

No. Look up springheeled Jack on Google. He's a man that basically made "startling jumps" in Victorian England. He was sighted all over London, the midlands, and even Scotland.

Would he not be the perfect choice for an assassin

It certainly would be a perfect fit.

Never thought of Tudor England before but It seems like a great fit. It would be interesting as the time period overlaps with AC2. It'd be cool to hear rumors or news about Ezio's assassinations.

That's funny, I like history because of assassins creed, and you like assassins Cree because of history!
I suppose that history is half the fun of AC, there's nothing better than finding a real life character who you've heard about, like machiavelli.

That'd be so cool. I can picture a herald talking about something happening over in Italy. Perhaps that could inspire "Jack" to become an Assassin.

Is that all 3 of them? If so, what order do they occur?

Sorry about that, I didn't answer you correctly . The Tudor Era was from 1485 to 1603, Victorian was from 1837 to 1901, and Edwardian was from 1901 to 1910.

Ah, that makes more sense. Thanks.

I'd prefer the Tudor era, or maybe the early Victorian Era.

Victorian Era - 1837 to 1901
Edwardian Era - 1901 to 1910
Tudor period - 1485 to 1603

I always wanted an Assassin's Creed game set in England. If it was up to me then I'd probably go with the Victorian era.

Same here. I think those would be the most reasonable settings considering guns wouldn't be a huge part and blade combat would still play a major role, not to mention the awesome stories that could be constructed through these time periods.

There were lots of battles during Tudor times, the war if the roses was paticuarly large as well

And with the orange light from a street lamp penetrating the fog, casting his shadow against the wall?

Man I wish I could draw.

one thing people seem to have missed: london. is. huge,
http://www.victorianlondon.org/maps/inter-01.gif
Surface area of the County of London = 117 square miles, including the City of London (1.05 square miles) and the City of Westminister (3.91 square miles).

if we're going for spring heeled jack as our assassin (my idea!, mine! I'm awesome!) then i would imagine him as quite pale, with a little stubble, but wearing a black coat, as it would blend in well with londons dark atmosphere

That is probably the only thing that I am concerned about. I prefer two or three cities rather than a HUGE one, but I am sure that if Ubisoft does not rush the game (unlike brotherhood) they can deliver a pretty good rendition.
