I have 2 Uplay accounts, Because about a year ago I've forgotten everything about my 1st account. But, recently, somebody has helped to remind it. When I have my old windows 7 32-bit, I've registered my licensed Assassin's Creed: Revelations on this account. But, when I've re-installed my windows from 32-bit to 64-bit, I've needed to re-download Revelations. I've log-in from this account, downloaded the update to the game, typed the key, and it said: "this key was used". But why? It always requires a game key, when I log-in from each account. How can I play my game? When I was on 32-bit system, I've played it - singleplayer and multiplayer. How can I play my game again?

Hi there,

It should ask you to sign in, so you need to use the same log in details as when you first installed the game.

The key is locked to that account.

If you are using the same account and can't access the game, you need to contact support.

Ubisoft support can be contacted via the links in my signature.
