Hi all,

I've been using the rocker on my X45 for a while now, and lets be honest, its a bit ****. So i decided to drag my steering wheel pedals out from under the bed and use them instead.

The problem is, the X45 has now been relagated to the depths of joystick ID2 and i its way too sensetive for my FW-190 exploits. Is it possible for me to change the sensitivity as i can't do it in-game as the only the steering wheel settings can be adjusted (ID1). Thanks in advance... http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Look in conf.ini in your forgotten battles folder.

OK, done that. But you know what my next question is going to be... What now?

Actually, scratch that... Think im on to something. I assume X=0 1 4 9 16 25 36 49 64 81 100 0 is the sensitivies for the ID1 X axis, so i assume if i copy that line (x and y) over to the 1X=#### i should be sorted. (Assuming 1X is the X for ID2)..

Or something like that? http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/35.gif

1X, 1Y, 1Z (etc) are the second stick.

1axis= the first js. Yaw for the pedals should be 1Z= if that is what is assigned in HOTAS.

1axis1= the second controller (ID2), in your case the x45

1X1=roll
1Y1=pitch

Find these in the conf and adjust them according to your preference. Deadband and filtering are first and last numbers on the lines with 12 numbers. On the lines with only 10 numbers, there's no provision for dead band and filtering.

Thanks all. Does anyone have a good setup (in terms of the conf file) for having a less "twitchy" FW-190? I did read somewere that you should make it less sensative, but i'm not sure what that would translate to in terms of changing the conf.ini file....
