I like his pioneering attitude.
That would come from an ancestor, who of which played a part in the American Revolution.(What a coincidence, eh?)

Maybe it's still the same person and he's here to tell us the true story.

I don't know when this interview was, but Alex said that they have been working on AC III for 2 years. But most gaming sites and gameinformer said that they have been working on AC III for 3 years.
If this was in 2011 i would understand it, but if it was this year something is wrong.

Well...it will be three years when the game releases...as AC2 was released in 09...so I guess he was just rounding down in this case...it has been in production for about 2 and a half year by my estimate.

Keep in mind that a large part of AC2's development went to simply doing research, visiting historical locations etc. It could be that they spent the first year or so mainly planning and two years actually hands-on making the game.

Exactly...they always aim for having all what is supposed to be in the game ready about six month before the actual release so that they can tweak the gameplay as much as possible. During this period, there is often a part of the dev team that starts working on the next installment...

i liked spore, im a very creative person so i can understand if you don't like it. But if they make AC3 with the same graphics then we've got a problem!
