This project has been delayed like nothing before but recently I got seriously back into it and IL2.It is not finished yet. It will take time still. Here are some pics to show that Il2 may not be the flashest but she can still look great when done well - in this case the map is retextured by redko and the skins are from Axis-and-Allies. (http://axis-and-allies-paintworks.com/)
The campaign is for UP3.0+DBW 1.4 or later (presumably the higher versions are compatible).http://i310.photobucket.com/albums/kk426/FSMplanepics/macchisunset.jpghttp://i310.photobucket.com/albums/kk426/FSMplanepics/kittyhawksunset.jpghttp://i310.photobucket.com/albums/kk426/FSMplanepics/kittyhawkovertown.jpghttp://i310.photobucket.com/albums/kk426/FSMplanepics/109sunset.jpghttp://i310.photobucket.com/albums/kk426/FSMplanepics/usspitovercoast.jpghttp://i310.photobucket.com/albums/kk426/FSMplanepics/109overwreckage.jpg

Should be a great campaign, awesome skins.

Tunisia, of course, was the only place in Africa to see the PzKpfw VI (Tiger tank) deployed :D

Yeah they ended up getting knocked out by 6-pounder AT guns and Churchills (!) IIRC.

I *think* I've got that in there. Dunno - with tanks I'm fairly hazy on the details. I've definitely got something that looks like that in there somewhere.
Enjoying making campaigns again after a pretty long time away.
