Spasiba, tovaritch!

Any news on WHEN exactly the free add-on will be released. Please forgive me if the date's already been published, as I am only skimming through the forums today.

Thanks!

Thanks for passing this on. I was wondering why we didnt get a full update either. I had heard that Oleg would say something this last Sunday and nothing... /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Any word on when the free addon is going to happen? I was also bummed to see the ME-110 is only a possibility. That aircraft was a major player in the early East front fighting, (at least), wasnt it? I wouldnt care if it was part of the pay addon, though would love to see it as part of the free one.

Again, thanks Ivan for the info... /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

My impression is...free addon delayed because of FM/DM adjustments after the last patch. Those adjustmetns will be implemented into free addon. And will call it 1.2 /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

I don't believe this! Just where is the IL-10!? Not to mention, all the really interesting planes, like Pe-2, Pe-3, Tu-2S, Ju-88 and Bf-110? Ok, the last one was listed as a possible flyable, but does it mean anything. Besides, now that they are moving to battle for England, why can't they finish the Easter front properly? Please, at least give us the IL-10! After all, this is a sturmovik sim, isn't it?!

Lunahod, before we all get upset.. big question is...did anybody modeled any of those that you mentioned? I can see only Gib is pounding away... many other projects kinda spinning wheels.

Nothing is ever good enough, is it? I don't blame Oleg for staying off the boards.

Rumor has it there will be one free upgrade/patch for the paid addon. If the initial release of the paid addon doesn't have the Ju-88 then the free upgrade that follows almost certainly will.

At the start of WW2 the German army lacked experienced anti-aircraft gunners. The average gunner was so bad that the USSR decided to help them out. They did it by forcing some of their pilots to fly I-153 flak magnets. These planes were slow but very sturdy. This allowed German anti-aircraft gunners to get a large amount of target practice on a relatively small number of planes. Thanks to the Soviets help, by the end of the war the German anti-aircraft gunners were amoung the best in the world.</center>

Ha ha ha. I must admit the picture was good (I mean the upper one). But honestly, you can't say that you acctually like the selection of the planes listed for the future add-ons, can you?

People started modelling the Pe-2 and IL-10 at least twice each and then gave up ... Oleg can only put in the planes he has.

Sure I can. There are plenty of awesome planes being added. I can't believe how you can say you AREN'T happy with what's being listed.Liege-Killer's right. Nothing's ever good enough for people like you,I guess. Oh,and the Bf-110 and Ju-88 will make it at some point.

Why do they post both the P-51B and the P-51C as flyable?
Isn't this quite simply the same aircraft, built by two different factories?
AFAIK it will not make any differnce what so ever what plane (B or C) you choose to fly.
