Aw, just clearify something. This is not Dutch. The characters in this videoclip are speaking Femish. It is the Dutch speaking part of Belgium.

Just don't get the wrong impression about our deadly serious country http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

It was indeed belgium. And also it was fake, taken from a show with a character named Eric Hartman (!!!)

The clip was hilarious though, not be making fun of the unfortunate interviewee, but rather the unwanted and embarrasing situation for the interviewer.

As a Dutch guy the Belgians always crack me up
not only do they talk funny, they are one of the most silly people on earth (some of them have a funny way to make complete fool out of them selfs
but unlike us they are way more guest free IMO

I think its better for them if they stop speaking Dutch and just speak french

The Canadian comedy group Kids In The Hall once did a skit about Belgian (I think it was Belgian) game shows. The contestants put on oven mitts and handled objects without looking at them. Then they had to guess what they were touching. It was hilarious. The skit was designed in a way that made it very convincing. I don't know anything about Flemish culture, but the actors seemed to be genuine Flemish Belgians- or hilarious parodies of Belgians.

Ok ill try to translate
but the subject is not clear as its not the whole conversation.

TV show host: You had a normal life before, and all the sudden you came out of a narcosis? (coma?)
and you noticed that life wasnt the same anymore
what was your response ?

Female guest: yes, first with alot of unbelieve
Male guest: Unbelieve is the right word....
Host: LOL...excuse me
Male guest: at first i didnt realised it....
Host: starts laughing again and keeps on laughing while asking about his future
the guest dont understands what so funny about his surgery

later they talk about their sexual relation and that they have many problems

what i can make of it is that the man had some sort of sexual surgery and that there were complications or something went wrong but its unclear

Also notice the faces of the public, they dont find it funny and look dead serious

my girlfriend has seen the whole show some time ago and also told me that further in the same show another female guest comes along with a very low voice and the host starts to laugh even louder

Are you sure it's fake? the interviewer seems genuine enough, though I suppose the guest could have been bogus (fake).

I found out later that it was fake. The interviwer is a comedian and the clip is from a comicshow. But I think it is most funny out of the consept; into a real situation where the interviewer try to stay correct and serious and just helplessly burst out with laughter.
