Good time of the day dear UBIcom.Very love your games and products and let your DRM will not work as I have, and it interfered with play, however, I was pleased with the AC2 .One problem: To my mailbox, no letter came from compensation, those with codes, as I understand, to open a certain location. The number of the owner of a licensed copy of the game (you can see from the profile on Uplay, it is the same as here). Actually I have a question, how to get this letter? If my mailbox splendorov@yandex.ru

Only people affected by the server downtime will receive the emails - you have to had registered the game before the server went down.
If you were affected - please make sure your account details are correct - since they can't send the email containing your compensation to a fake / mistyped email address.
If you bought the game after that time, you do not qualify. You need to check that your account details are correct.
There needs to be a valid email address, so that you can be contacted. Also if you use a web based email - such as gmail or hotmail - check your online spam folders, just in case.

The emails are also going out in batches so you may have to be patient until we have another update next week. If you meet these requirements and still have received nothing please contact Support. The link is in my signature. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

@Black_Widow9: And when will the rest of us that are not worthy of bonus codes be able to buy them?
At least offer them for purchase to the rest of us if you are sending them to other standard edition owners.

Can you please tell this to Ubisoft's sales directors?
