It's too bad. There are so many of them like IAR80c, I-185 (Two variants). I may understand why Spit IX not flyable in career (i guess they never fly in eastern front historically). Any way to make these new planes to be flyable in career mode without having to use the Lowngerins DCG?

Which planes specifically?

I've flown the Bf-110 in career mode and went up against Russian Spitfires.

Yes...just add them to your planesxxx.dat file for the campaign you want to fly. Then start a new campaign. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-happy.gif http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Plenty of Spitfire LF IX's served on the Eastern Front. Even some with guard units. Don't be quite so shocked http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I guess they haven't updated the generator so that the new aircraft fly.

You can fly any of the new planes in career mode without DCG, by editing the files. Just put them in the planes***.dat files like the one guy already said. The files are found in the Dgen folder in your FB installation. But I'll give you more info bird brain did. You have to use the proper DGen names and have to observe the red vs. blue ( axis or allied ) thing. Here is an example of one of my planesRuF.dat file, where I added some of the new soviet planes. And at the bottom of my post I list all the Dgen code names for the planes, which must be strictly observed.

Part of my planesRuF.dat file ( open it in notepad )
