Hi there, I've got a little problem, I've had a go at animating my signature, however, before I start using it I need to make it follow the forum rules, I can't seem to make it smaller, anyone?

Thanks,
-Brewster

I got mine cut down to size by using the free optimizer tool at www.gifworks.com (http://www.gifworks.com).

Thanks to both of you! Tried doing it in GIMP but didn't get it smaller, and PS removed the "shake" every 2 seconds or so.

I broke the gif into the two images, optimized in PS, then put it back together in Imageready. I think I could have done it all in Imageready, but didn't think about that 'til I was done. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif
