Both are financed by Rutan/Virgin IIRC. Anyone have info at what altitudes and speeds he's going to fly at to accomplish this? Incredible it can stay aloft so long.

Over halfway there, but having some difficulties. I guess they'll decide if he's going to finish the last part before he leaves the east coast.

I'm glad to see he is doing so well - I posted a rant about the lack of coverage of this event by the media the other day. Texas from 51,525 feet - must be very fun!
