Whats Scottish about a singer singing about his small willy winky?

Er, the singer's singing about someone else's large Scottish winkie, Roly. I found it an amusing little ditty - well worth staying with for the punchline.

I listened to it all too, but being Scottish myself I was intrigued why the singer is singing in a random US - Scottish accent?? Was he touring the USA when it was recorded perhaps?

Any of you Scotsmen remember "The Headboys"? One of my favorite albums from 1979.

Were/are they popular in Scotland? They never hit it big here in the US, but I thought the album had some catchy tunes and the keyboard player was quite good. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

Sound off here if you're Scottish, or of Scottish ancestry. One proud Scottish American says, "Aye!"
