Wo. Wildcats, Hellcats, and Corsairs vs. Zekes!!! What satisfaction the .50 cal's are in this respect.

It's be a long wait, but the feeling of just ripping right through the zeros is SOOOOOooooo satisfying. If only all my enemy planes would explode with just a light tap of the trigger...

I think more satisfying is seeing the Corsair go down in flames cos he couldn't see you behind the massively armoured cockpit rear http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

Yah.. I've been a Hellcat fanatic since the first days of CFS2. But, man, love the loadout potential with the Corsair.

You know there was a plan, that never materialized, to make the Hellcat with a bubble canopy..

You mean a Bearcat?

Yeah, I like the Bearcat, but the Hellcat's the plane that made the contribution to the war with (I think) 12,275 built.

It served in the Pacific as well as the ETO. It was used as support for the Allied landings in France, the British used it against the Tirpitz, and it flew over Gibraltar, Burma and other regions.

Something about that plane, I just like it. I like the razor back P-47 as well. They have a similar look.

Don't you worry. I'm all over da P-40C's, SBD's, B-25's, and A-20's. When I get back to flyin online, watch out! In my spare time I've been shooting down ACE Zeros with my SBD-3. And don't you dare try to get in front of me if I'm in a B-25 or A-20, you ain't gonna live.
