I'm new to this forum so sorry if this has been said before but Subject 16 was saying something about coming back in another body. What if... Subject 16 somehow comes back in Lucy's dead body?I know its far-fetched but it could potentially fool Desmond in the next game and create interesting problems. Let me know what you think.

Lucy's already been buried, don't see how sixteen is going to get himself through six feet of dirt when he's stuck in the animus.

Anyways, didn't he get deleted with Animus Island?

I wondered if Al Mhulim (sp?) could "kill" Alta´r and bring him back to life (with Witnesses) then if it's possible that Desmond could do the same to Lucy or Subject 16. I'm not sure on how it works exactly but I would like to see Lucy back and have more elaboration on what 16 saw and encountered.

I think Al Mualim just tricked all viewers, Altair included, into thinking they had seen Altair killed.

Well since he had a device that was made to create illusions, that would be the most likely explanation, yes.

Either that or he did get stabbed, but it just put him in a coma. That's kinda what I was thinking, but they don't give much detail.

Impossible. You can't get stabbed into a coma in those days and wake up at most a few days later completely unscathed. You can't even nowadays.

I didn't say you were wrong. Honestly, the illusion thing makes more sense. Although he didn't have the Apple on his person when that happened, but I'm not sure you have to. I just thought it would be another explanation since he's "dead" and then all of a sudden when it comes back he's alive.

How do you know he didn't have the Apple on his person if we were seeing the memory of Alta´r, who was also affected by the illusion?

Exactly. It should be that hard to create an illusion to make it seem like you don't have the apple. From what it seemed like in the game the entire illusion actually took place in Al Mualim's study.

Hmm. Good call. I didn't think of it that way before.

Oh ho ho, yes matey, THIS is an airtight theory. Sixteen, reanimates Lucy's dead body, inhabits it, makes a fool of Desmond, resulting in some interesting stuff.

It's possible!
