My native resolution is 1600x1200x32, and ive been flyin in 1024x760 or whatever that number is for a while, i get fps of 75 and no lower than 58 when it gets over cities and flak, my question is should i fly on my native resolution for better image, also my refresh on my windows xp is only up to 70 hz, is there a safe program to overide this to 85hz, and what do you all think would be the best to fly online with and keep my good fps as well as spotting planes good. My monitor is a samsung 21.3 inch model 213t, anyone have that one or near the same and what settings is it on. I only fly online due to the AI problem as we all know of. Thanks in advance Blackpulpit out

1: As you lower the resoulution from it's native 1600x1200, you get what's called interpolation. This will degrade your image and you will see a lot of ghosting. I would not go lower than 1280x960x32 if you want a decent image.

2: LCDs run at 60hz. No higher, no lower. You risk damaging an expensive monitor if you try to force it higher.

3: If your framerates are too slow, reduce your in-game settings not your monitor settings.

Hope I've been of help, Freelancer
