Good Morning Pilots!
With my sudden interest in the Korean Conflict and the RRG teaser of project Galba, I thought it was time to ask.
What aircraft would you like to see represented? The obvious ones are the F-86 Mig-15 and F-80C. However the Korean War has a bunch of interesting aircraft that missed WWII by a few months.

Here is one of my favorites. Its got to be like a twin 109 on steroids.

All good stuff so far. The Invader, Sabre, Seafury, Meteor, and Shooting Star are the ones I'm really looking forward to. How about the for the opposition...There were IL-10s, Yak-9P (basically a Yak-9U), the Mig-15, Tu-2 bombers I think...

Mildly OT, but if anyone has nice pictures of a F-86A between-the-legs instrument panel, it would be a good help to me.

Or any detail pictures of a F-86A cockpits at all. Thx!

And I want to see the Ascender. The Lerche is strutting around like it owns the place.

well, the F-86 and MiG-15 of course, but I also want to get my hands on an F-84 and the F-80 of the Korean Era. Flying the F9F wouldn't go amiss either!

How wil they expalin:
a) P51 witht he same major mistakes as in IL-2 ?
b)P51 with all the mistakes that wre in IL-2 Fixed.

those are the only choices they have with the same models of plane showing up in both Flight Sims, from the same companies.

They have a real pickle to work out. They will have to explain away why they corrected it in Korea, but refused to in IL-2. Same as Addons for SOW:BOB as they add expansions.

They will expose it themselves and have to deal with it out in the open publically. This could get interesting while they try to explain and BS their excuses away...

Man!!, its been so long since I thought of the Black Widow... What a crazy aircraft that is... And the firepower this baby has. Other radar equiped Night Fighters are the F7F Tigercat, the F-94 and F4U-5N. Carreier borne Brits are the Fairy Firefly and Hawker Sea Fury.
So far I am using the Tu-2S, the Yak9U, La-7, IL-10 and Mig-9(as the Mig-15) for my Korea missions. Allied are the Corsairs, P-51, P-80 A-20G(as the B-26) and the TBM Avenger.
I do beleive that '46 should have included the Ascender and maybe the Panther. But hey, you do with what you got...

Since we have the Yak-15, we should also get the more advance Yak-23. The La-9 and La-11 would also be welcomed as the La-7 was pretty much phased out by this time. They were also all metal airplanes too. Again I want to press the issue of getting the P-47N or should I dare say, the F-47N? They were used in the air guard, so some training missions could be had here. I know they were not used in Korea, but state side for advanced combat training before the final switch to the F-51D then overseas.

While we are at it, I would scratch my head if a Piper cub air spotter was NOT in the Korea let along the Vietman one. lastly, we need some updated air cargo transports. DC-4's or C-54? plus some C-98's? Yes on the F-84E and G's
