Some FW190 offline tracks (1.8MB) (http://www.vanjast.com/IL2Movies/V409B1M_Tracks.zip) playing with the AI, and also an example of how to keep up with the 'supersonic' AI

IL2 Version 4.09 (not V4.08)

Good to see a FW dogfight.
Some very nice 'on the edge' control there. Only drawback being that 9 minutes at 109% can be a bit rough. The 190A4 starts overheating after 2:20 from cold...

Here's an alternative take on dogfighting the Fw190,

http://www.datafilehost.com/download-a2c81eaa.html

and

http://www.datafilehost.com/download-34a4bd2e.html

Both A4 (I think) against and Ace (I think) Spitfire MkV.
Low level, utilising combat flaps, and mostly 95% throttle alternating between auto and 75% rpm.
I'm not a good shot, but firing when close certainly improves one's chances.

Not sure of the exact engine temp details of the FW. This is a A9, and radiators are fully open. I have noticed full radiators at position 2, it does overheat quickly.
I suppose one could close the radiators a bit at reduce throttle and get the same speed effects, but I like torque-ing the a/c at full tilt, and the AI seems to do this as well. I only 'tone' it down when that annoying red light comes on, or when I have tweak the plane 'around a corner', or just cruising.

One of those days when developing software is more frustrating than drilling the AI(190KB) - V4.09 (http://www.vanjast.com/IL2Movies/FunFW.zip)
