I have a peppercorn spice that's my fave, and add a bit of Kosher salt for tenderizing, cooked to medium...and it's so good!!!!!! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Definately garlic powder, onion powder and some pepper, but never salt. Many times I baste them with beer and use mesquite chunks to smoke em for added flavor.

I know, salt supposedly removes the juice... but if you put it on at the right moment, it can be very good, especially kosher salt, and not a lot!

But the above sounds yummy too! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Cook up some waffles, top with a little homemade whipped cinnamon-honey butter, (Yes, I know how to make this) syrup, and whipped cream
THAT is breakfast. It isn't nutritious (Your arteries will scream in terror once you pick up a fork) but there ain't anything tastier in the unvierse.

Know what I hate? When resturaunts serve crappy, undercooked bacon. I was at a local chain yesterday ("T-bone's, it's called) and I literally choked on a peice of stringy bacon! The kind where parts split off in strings that can get caught in your throat while the rest is still in your mouth. Real crappy night out, that was.

while in other countries, like canada: there is only one HARVEY'S http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/11.gif "nothing beats the grill" http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/11.gif </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

There's actually a "Big Kahuna Burger"?! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif I need to go there! </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

lol jason .... 95% of the time in film if they mention a dining place there is someplace out there with it. 5% of the time is comes AFTER the FILM *cough*arby's*cough* but thats another story youll have to pm if you want to know about it http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

I'm assuming that these were made after the movie, because (I know it can't be trusted all the time) wikipedia says: "Big Kahuna Burger is Tarantino's fictional fast-food restaurant, and is featured in the Pulp Fiction apartment scene, From Dusk Till Dawn, and in Reservoir Dogs, when Michael Madsen walks in drinking a soda."

How to start? Hot wings, lasanga, pizza, buttered noodles (with cheese, lots of cheese http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif), cheese, hashbrowns, boiled eggs (OMG I http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/heart.gif BOILED EGGS), steak, ribs, pork chops, Chili, Baked Potatoes, Perogies (sp?), Mashed Potatoes, Ham, Chocolate, Cinnamon Buns, Waffles, Ice Cream, Cake, Chips (all kinds), Sour Cream......

The banquet of the gods.

And Fudge Brownies. I could live on Fudge Brownies and Boiled Eggs (with salt).

So what is a "Big Kahuna"? A burger? Being English, i've never actually heard of it.
