I hope this somehow means I don't have to go to work.

If the world (as we know it) ends tonight then working tomorrow is a very low priority. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bG6b3V2MNxQ&feature=related)

Precisely http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif

A Carrington Event would see to it that I wouldn't have to go for a while http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif What with no one being able to book tables for lack of telephones that work. God what I'd do for such an event to have happened during my last exams, "Sorry Dr A I cannot attend my exams, it appears a solar flare has destroyed all of my online revision material"

I had a look last night but I couldn't see anything. I may be too far south to properly have a look.

Still I'll have another look tonight!

I tried last night and the haze was illuminated by Seattle's lights. Didn't see a thing...
