Hi.
This is aimed at the UBI staff here, as there doesn't seem to be any account support forum, and the support pages are not working.

I am trying to login to check the account settings. Esp to confirm which card my COD order is on.

However I can not get in to find the details at all.
The UBI store login page http://shop.ubi.com/DRHM/store...eID=8605700&Env=BASE (http://shop.ubi.com/DRHM/store?Action=Logout&SiteID=ubiemea&Locale=en_GB&ThemeID=8605700&Env=BASE) keeps taking me back to 'the store front page for your country'.
I'm already at the page I just want to log in - it just keeps reloading rather than going to an actual login page!

I managed briefly to get to an accounts page for my order earlier, but was unable to get any further, and can't find out how to get back to it
I could not see any payment methods information or options.

It will be easier to break into the Bank of England than to get at my own account information on your site!
Is it top secret or something?


Clicking anywhere on the Support page - http://www.san-ubisoft.de/custom-support-uk/home.php goes straight to a 'page not found' error.
So support is point blank useless. I am unable to use them for anything, and the support links that do work just send me in circles round game knowledge bases.
I will be emailing support directly as well, but never recieved any answer last time I contacted them, so don't hold out much hope of any help there!

Are UBI actively intent of driving customers away? How am I supposedto actuall use your site, and maybe you know - buy something, when I can't even log-in or view my details?

Do the phrases 'customer journey', 'User experience' or 'testing' mean anything to your web team?
