When I play online through UBI.com I notice that most games have maps attached. How di I incorporaete these into the game I wish to host. Do I d/l them from somewhere? If so where?
Also surprised there are <200 players online. #Are there busier, better servers I can use?

Try Hyperlobby. http://hyperfighter.jinak.cz/index.php?page=download

And if you join servers with the same version you have you wont need to download the maps seperatly, you only download the missions that play on the maps this game has.

The "maps" are made with the game using Full Mission Builder. They realy are not maps but missions http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Hyperlobby is the biggest game-server for IL-2 series sims because UBI ignores us and does not fix the errors in UBI GameService http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

The dedicated server connects to the old FB room no matter what game version it is. (Dedicated server is a seperate program - you can host games with it without displaying any graphics making the game more capable handling large numbers of players). Dedicated does work with Hyperlobby.

Also try ASE All Seeing Eye (http://gamesdomain.yahoo.com/ase/register) (handy when hyperlobby is down). This 'sees' all dedicated servers.
