Just bought it from play.com for 4.50. Result. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I remember there being something called 'DGen' which provides a kind of dynamic campaign engine for the IL2 games - can you provide me with a link to the latest version? And does it work with the Pacific Theatre (I really hope so). http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

What about terrain texture mods, any of those out there?

And has anyone had any issues with Win 7 64bit and/or Track IR?

Thanks in advance. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Edit: One other thing: do you think DGen will be made for Cliffs of Dover eventually?

The latest version of DGEN is provided with the game. If you're referring to a third party campaign engine, you want Lowengrin's DCG.

Mods are out there, but we can't provide links. You'll have to search for them yourself.

I've had no issues with 7. Just remember to not install the game in program files, and always run as an administrator...same as Vista.

I do think CloD will have a DGEN at some point, but right now the team are working on bigger issues including a revamped graphics and sound engine.

Thanks for your reply. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Edit: One other thing, does the add on 'Battle over Europe' come with 1946? There's a good looking dynamic campaign over at Combat Ace, but you need BoE to run it.

BOE was a third party add on and does not come with the game. It is no longer available for sale so ebay may be the only place to find it.
