View Full Version : Help! Accidentally declined the DLC Agreement!

I was just getting ready to start the game and punched in my exclusive code for the Vlad The Impaler Mission/Sword, Ammo Capacity Upgrades and Ottoman Jester Multiplayer character and hit decline on the terms of service agreement on accident. Now it won't let me download my DLC. Is there any way around this? Because this totally sucks http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Bummer, I doubt you'll get any solid help here, you should try support. In fact the sleeve that came with the game (the one for the bonus content) even has a phone number to Ubi support! That is something I've never been able to find and it seems Ubi doesn't want us to. But I found it http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/59.gif

I'll be giving them a call in the morning because the site to get embers and the soundtrack is messed up. It says my code is invalid (though it worked for the in game content) and it won't even let me log in. I log in but the thing in the top right says I haven't. Will have to see what they say.

Back to your question though, I wonder if you might even have to contact Sony support?

What happens when you enter the code? The content doesn't need to be downloaded. It should just unlock in the game. Check in your multiplayer menus for the extra characters or in the outfits menu for the bonus outfit and see if the content is unlocked (Details here (http://ubisoft.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/15786/p/1483%2C2355)) . If not, send a support ticket to us here (http://support.ubi.com) and include the key in the ticket.

Blind, Sony will be better. Ubi supplies the codes; it would only be their problem if the code was invalid, but this one definitely wasn't. Sony are now denying the code, because he didn't agree to the terms and conditions. If he wants the code to be accepted he will have to contact Sony.

That's what I figured, but I'm not having that issue, swift is http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif. My issue is with downloading the soundtrack and Embers, it says my code is invalid.

Quick question: Does the bonus content download to the XBox or to the game disc? Can I switch xbox and still play Vlad mission and get the upgrades?

I've been seeing quite a few of those tonight. Unfortunately where i'm located it is the middle of the night so at the moment I have limited information. However I would try the code again later on in the day since sometimes the keys just need to be updated on the back end. In the mean time, be sure to create a ticket at our support site (http://support.ubi.com) . We will take a look into the problem that you are having and be able to get back with you as soon as possible.

There was no supervoucher in my game pack (despite it being signature), only the Gamestop preorder stuff, as well as the online play pass. Am I missing something?

Was this on the 360? Go into the memory/storage area and delete any and all things ACR then try again, it should ask you again.
