Ok, not only the G's overstress ripps of you wings in this new patch (test for example a p51 at 700ias and make a high G recovery...). Today a p51 was very near my p38 just after take off and I was at low speed but at 110% and the prop flow rolled and turned the mustang into pieces!!! and all this saw looking at my 5. His prop didn't touched my p38 because the plane has not any damage in the tail and I didn't feel any sound nor vibration. P51 driver said that he didn't touched the stick. We turned to do it again and, this time he only felt that the plane avoided the wash when he was just rear one of the engines, the p51 went down and up, and the p51 pilot cannot control it...this time we were cruising(110%) faster than first time maybe this is why last time the p51 would not flip. Maybe it was some bug or some strange lag effect but...who knows

Is it really modelled??? if yes it's a great surprise!

I`ve noticed if I fly VERY close to another aircraft I seem to suffer turbulence and bounce.

now i'm trying to reproduce with a squad mate but I cannot get the same result http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

The best I have ever seen prop-wash modelled is in the Reno Air Racing sim, where its way more important than in FB . . . Unless you are an IL2 Air Racing enthusiast.

I'm happy to hear that its somewhat in the game now. It should make formation flying a bit more interesting http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/images/smiley/35.gif

To say the truth, it's since some IL-2 patch that I notice my plane be shacken, when I come close across some other plane's path. My FFB joystick shakes. I have never been sure it just was my instant and instinctive reaction, or it is implemented for real...

to feed the dog, and the dog's job is to bite the pilot if he touches anything...

I'd like to see some more information on this. Is it only online/only real people can cause turbulence? Does it only work with high throttle and low airspeed (where the blast is strongest)?

S! I was wondering about this myself. On 2 missions in a row I was engaging 110's and as I approached directly behind them my aircraft became unsteady and entered a spin.

Ok I've made a private topic with Oleg, the response is:

"Its not becasue turbulence, but because you achived the 15 G peak level of stress for airframe. It is modelled for all aircraft in AEP. Currently simplified, but in bob it will be much more advanced."

In fact, the first post situation (p38 chased closely by a mustang) was while doing a hard left turn...
So well, we'll have to wait for prop turbulences.
Salute.
