It's possible, I'm sure, but we don't need it.

The reason training planes exist in real life is because you have to learn safely, and if you crash as a rookie pilot, chances are high you'll be dead.

Here, you have innumerable virtual lives. So why bother stooging around in some underpowered training wheel trainer plane? Just hop in a plane and fly and learn the lessons that way.

to be seriously useful you would need a force feedback stick and force feedback pedals that responded to the instructors stick movements

otherwise you may as well just watch tracks

While I'm in favour, I doubt we'll see it in any of the game using the IL2 engine.

BTW Galway, the student would see his controls moving in synch with the instructors if it were set up properly. No need for FFB.

It's NOT possible. Oleg said this years ago when it first came up. The reasons were quite complex.

I wouldn't join any club that would have ME as a member!
