Well looks like I'm one of those people but, I cant seem to find my code for the best buy pre-order. I should be getting the Crusader if im not mistaken? All I found inside the box was the instruction manuel and a Uplay code. Am I suppose to receive the code via e-mal or something?

Bumping this thread cause I'm in the same boat. For it being the center of the hype for making a pre-order, it's f'ing hard to believe I'm having to click around this much to try to figure out what's going on. But, I'm pretty sure I didn't get some code I was supposed to get.

Pre-ordered on Best Buy web site over a week ago now, picked it up this morning. Can't find the Crusader anywhere...

I just called Best Buy (1-888-237-8289). According to the "Gaming Troubleshooting Specialist" I just spoke to, Ubisoft is supposed to email Best Buy customers their code within 48 hours of the customer picking up their game.

Very annoying... Like I'm not already confused enough trying to figure out a new game. And it's not like I didn't read way too much about the various editions that were coming out. With just a little effort, Ubisoft could have easily made this clearer without me having to fumble around and be annoyed by this...

I already put in the UPlay Passcode cause the game kept prompting me to if I wanted to get into multi-player. So, the fumbling way Ubisoft handled this already cost me a UPlay code no doubt someone else could have used down the road. Thanks Ubisoft! And no, I don't have any delusion you'll do anything other than maybe wave your hands with some kind of "customer satisfaction statement" or some other such nonsense...
