I read that a couple of weeks ago, Ubisoft servers have been attacked by hackers, and that AC2 players have received with exclusive content to apologize for the problems. Why didn't I receive the email, even if I have an original copy of AC2?

Or you can contact Ubisoft Support (http://www.ubi.com/US/Support/) to find out your eligibility.

If you had the game registered when the server down time occured and were affected by it you're entitled to recieve the compensation.

Otherwise you're out of luck.
