THIS WAS SENT TO ME BY A FRIEND, I FOUND IT TO BE A BRILIANT THING:

Don't tell me your age; you probably would tell a falsehood anyway - but the Hershey Man will know!

Your age by alcohol math

This is pretty neat.

DON'T CHEAT BY SCROLLING DOWN FIRST!
It takes less than a minute

Work this out as you read ... Be sure you don't read the bottom until you've worked it out! This is not one of those waste of time things, it's fun.

1. First of all, pick the number of times a week that you would like to have alcohol (more than once but less than 10)

2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold)

3. Add 5

4. Multiply it by 50

5. If you have already had your birthday this year add 1756 ... if you haven't, add 1755

6. Now subtract the four digit year that you were born.

You should have a three digit number

The first digit of this was your original number
(i.e., how many times you want to have alcohol each week).

The next two numbers are

YOUR AGE! (Oh YES, it is!!!!!)

I just want you to know that I don't though and I don't plan to take up drinking either.

so x is 1-9

50(2x + 5) + 1756 -bday year

simplifys to

100x + 250 + 1756 - bday year

then

100x + (your age)

it should alwasy work or less you are over 100 years oldhttp://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif. It will still work with numbers larger than 9 as well, just give you more digit number answer thats all.

As thefruitbat's calculation shows, if it doesn't work you've not read the instructions right or you've done the maths wrong. It can't fail beacause all it's doing is adding 100 times the number you chose to your age if you follow the instructions... maybe you've already had the number of drinks you specified and all in one session http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
