Looks like an early 2 bladed Hurricane Mk Ia.But the ID letters and the roundel looks strange, is it a Belgian Hurricane perhaps?

That is no two blader (Note the Dents in the Spinner)

It is hard to tell, without knowing when and where it was taken, the nationality of the Aircraft. perhaps Free French airforce? But Belgain seems just as likely. the Penultimate Circle on the fuselage Roundal looks too light, but I don't think the belgains or the French had the Fourth Yellow Circle. which this one looks like it has. perhaps it's a training unit later in the war?
