I had trouble interrpting some of Mr. Maddox's email from a few weeks ago. I saw that he said 3.05 and March but did he mean early or late March?

I'm getting all ansy in my pansy for the Mosquito! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif

No, they said by March and so by the last day in March we will get it regardless of how many issues remain. don't push for it because that means just that many less issues will be taken care of in this final patch.

Bleh.

The pathc arrives when the patch arrives. Any whining is superflous to it and wont do anything in the slightest to get it here faster.

Patience is a virtue as well.

This isn't really a whine persay I was just wondering what the "scheduled" day was. I guess I'll just mark my calender for March 31st!

Well, it's March, but it snows like it's the friggin Christmass!

About the patch - it'll come when it comes. My only fear is that it will introduce new problems which will never be solved. But hey, BoB is soon here! Or, is it?

Oleg is in a bit of a fix. Everyday that passes, more additions and innovations become ready for inclusion in the patch which pushes it back and makes it even bigger. Which makes it take longer. Which makes more additions and innovations ready for inclusion.

And so it goes....

The list of requests is endless for Oleg! I'm with GT on this issue. Leave the poor bugger alone to do his work and enjoy what you've got as best you can.

Also, thank your lucky stars that you are dealing with a game where the developer listens at all!

Yea, the Sim was made so good, Oleg got himself into a Pickle, hehehe http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/icon_twisted.gif

Just have to make another Super Patch....I wish UBI would sell more Super Patches from their website on CD wrapped in paper envelope.

Still need Flyable Ki~44 over the PF, and a "simplified" giant map covering Java to New Guinea. I was always Awed by the Celebes island, it just looks so cool. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/11.gif

Oleg, More Planes, More PF, More Eastern Front, More BoB...more everything...

I think it's so all the material is in one patch,. thus avoiding "patching hell" and 4 billion threads about patch order and how to install the patches properly.

Easy guys, someone is maybe sick again. I learned new thing about Russia from 1c http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/heart.gif. People from there have fragile health, specialy if something goes wrong and not acording to expectations, epidemy begins grounding people, so everyone starts speaking about their health and stops working. I like your concept very much http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/heart.gif, but it would cost me my job if i behaved like guys from 1c. Its nice place to work i envy you http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/heart.gif. Please be carefull with your fragile, delicate and gentle health http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/heart.gif, eat vegetables and fruits, dont drink and smoke and we might have a chance to see ju88 and do335 http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/heart.gif (i only care about those two planes). Just dont hury http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/heart.gif, its only march and you said quickly after release of PF http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif. Just dont endanger your fragile health http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/heart.gif. Worm kisses from me http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/heart.gif.

This could be a confusion between Eastern and Western calendars.

I'm not sure what patch version we are on with the Russian calendar, it has been very different from the standard calendar during certain times of history, notably the 'October' revolution which took place in November by our calendars.

Perhaps a new beta calendar is in development we don't know about?

Russian calendar, development updates page (http://personal.ecu.edu/mccartyr/Russia.html)

Btw I'm in no hurry for the patch. The longer it takes, the more goodies included and better standard of programming.

As per a previous post, the two maps done by a third party were ready for release and even schedule for last Friday the 25 of Feb. IMO the additional maps and clouds (?) will be the best additions.

Yes 2 maps for the EASTERN front and one surprize map for us dopes that bought PF. yippe!

Christ, if I turned in a set of drawings for a building missing this much info....I'd end up in court. This whole PF thing is a fiasco and those of us burned by it are growing more and more pissed off.

After Olegs' response to that Bear character on those other forums, I believe it may be a while longer. He was pretty adament that a lot of what Bear said would NEVER be in it will be, and by 3.05
so now he has to remove his digit and prove Bear wrong, that may take a while. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif
