hi there.

Ive been playinf il2 for a few years now and currently have 1946 v4.08 and wish to play online.

I have tried using the ubi.com server browser thing and when i try to enter a room it says IL2:FB Dogfight not installed.

Is this the way others connect or do you use another browser? If this is the correct way then what am I missing to connect.

Let me just add that I have played online games for over 10 years so I'm not unfamiliar with the way games work online in general.

Thanks for the help

Download Hyperlobby (http://hyperfighter.sk/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=2). Tuse "connect/select Forgotten battles" log in and there you go. Enjoy!!!

Dogfight not installed can be caused by your connection settings

Go start on windows
all programs
ubisoft folder
last window
click on set up
click on network tab
if you have a window in there saying IP and it has the word default in it, then click on default and select the bottom number, then close and try again...........

BUT I would download the Hyperlobby software and play there........ it is all free but has a lot more players and games........
