Hi there

Just would like to know who has tried to land a a-20 on a carrier and have been sucsesful?

Well, for one thing,I know its possible, have the track to prove it and have done it without a joystick..

Well, Enjoy!!!!!

I bellied one into a carrier after I realized I wouldn't have enough gas to make my land base. It stopped really well after the right wing clipped the ships' super structure. I remember seeing shots of someone having landing a TB3 on one of the carriers when Pacific Fighter first came out. That must have been a challenge.

IIRC, it's actually less of a challenge to land a TB3 on a carrier than landing a A20 there, because the TB3 can fly much slower... also I think you needed a moving carrier for each... but at least the A20 has a three-point gear and wheel brakes.

Yea,Carrier was moving, and the tri gear helps.

I came in very slow, cut the engins before hitting the deck, then raising flaps after on the deck and full brakes
tried with b-25, its easier but I clip my wings every time.. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif

can only get it on the japanese carriers though.

go229 and ta152 are probably the easiest of all of them
