I've seen grey polygons and black diamonds in screenshots. But is anyone else getting colors flickering on the ground?.

For me the game plays fine for a few minutes. Soon the flickers begin. They get more intense until it looks like the land is being bombed by color-bombs. Then the freezes begin.

I've got S3TC enabled, along with the appropriate extensions, and biliniear filtering. That has helped a little.

I use a Ti4600 and get these on perfect mode intermittently. It's been like that since I got the card a ways back around the time of FB release or maybe a little before, and it has remained through all patches and versions of the game but it's never been consistent enough to troubleshoot it out. I don't get good FPS on perfect mode anyway, so it's better for me to fly on excellent which is close enough.

But yes, I have seen that though for me it's usually much bigger, more like entering into a dimensional warp with no warning. I usually come out on the other side in a strange land ruled by a hateful fellow named Dr. Watson.

I've only been having these issues since PF patch came out. I'm having freezes in Call Of Duty, now, too. And that used to play like a dream. BTW, I've got a Ti-4600 also.

Have you tried the new 66.93 drivers? I found they really worked much better for PF than anything before. I really like them so far.

Maybe these will help: (As you can see I don't use custom settings, I use the 6800 settings)
