Photoshopped one of my pics of the 190 at Duxford,to get rid of the clutter.Makes a nice desktop!

Also the kit of a FW 190 D9/N "Longnose" has been ordered by a client, which is currently being pre-assembled at Flug Werk in order to facilitate the different design- and engineering tasks, in connection with fitting the highly modified 1500 HP Allison V-171 engine. A challenge is the new manufacture of a round cooler, used to radiate the heat from the engine in original fashion. This task has been effectively mastered by a specialized company in Coburg/Germany.

Yes and they want to keep 1 in Germany.Imagine a longnose,FW190,and a 109 in formation!That would be worth the trip!

Its based on an A8/N.Built by Flugzeugwerk of Germany.

small crit : from a display/modeling POV you wanted to be a meter or 2 higher to capture the line down the canopy down to the rudder

if you were in that position together in the air , you would ask the 190 pilot to bank slightly to the left to show off the line better
