If you'd like to play a campaign over France in 39-40, you can download Chasseurs du Ciel (60Mb) (http://www.simulation-france-magazine.com/download.php?op=mydown&did=525). The title of the campaign is in French, according to the book on which it is based, but the campaign itself is in English & French.
It can be played as a French pilot (6 missions) or as a German pilot (6 missions).

The campaign is based on a book writen by the capitain Accart in 1941. He was leader of the first flight of fighter squadron GC-I/5 in 39/40.

The campaign includes, up to now, the first chapter of the book, from Sept 39 to April 40. It is what we call in France the "drole de guerre" (strange war). No bomb, no fight on the ground, but at 20,000 + feet, interceptions, fighter sweeps, escorts... The rest of the adaptation in in development. Comments are welcome for designing it in the proper way! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

The link above includes missions, skins and videos. Users having a low speed internet connection can download the missions only HERE. (http://www.simulation-france-magazine.com/download.php?op=mydown&did=522) (200kb vs 60Mb)

See the read-me for a technical comparison. Some screens can be seen here. (http://france-simulation.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=2150&st=0&#entry18034)

Be careful! It's not so easy.
I started the campaign a short while ago - flown for both sides. The Emils have a tough time! GREAT FUN though, these two aircraft are a great combination for a fight.

A good campaign in my opinion.

Chapter II is coming soon!
Nice time for Emil's if you can fire on before the others. If you like fighting 1 vs 5, nice time against Emil's, Dornier and so on!
Chapter II will be posted before Christmas http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/10.gif

I know what you mean - just finished off Sniper_1977's Jagdfleiger part 1 and the French Curtis hawks were suprisingly tricky opponents! Which matches real-life when they had a great kill/loss ratio against the German 109's
