View Full Version : X52 Input settings!!!!!!!!

I owned a Saitek Evo before purchasing a X52 and I was having a hell of a time getting its input settings correct. The stick has a weaker spring but is more precise in my eyes so I can deal with that, the problem I had was the throw on the x52 was massive, you have to virtually move the stick all the way to get any good movement with the standard 10,20,30,40 input settings in game hardware setup. I have found a good input setup that makes the stick feel more like my old EVO. This might help out x52 flyers that are use to other flight sticks. I gave it too one pilot who just got a x52 and was about to take it back. He says he loves it.

1RZ=0 10 20 30 40 50 60 70 80 90 100 0

As you see i left Z axis alone. X and Y are drastic changes over standard settings but they feel very smooth for me. Try it out if your having problems with x52 and fell free to tweak at your pleasure. I hope this avoids players taking a good flight stick back to the store. We already had one pilot do that. All you need is good input settings and its a great flight stick
