they don't make them like this anymore, except for the A10 (which they wanted to scrap http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/51.gif ).

Playing on Warclouds I think it was, couldn't even spawn coz those verdamdt Tempest buzzards kept on harrasing me at the island paradise...soooooo I rush off to Caen, and return by Fw190 seeking revenge for not letting me 'play' http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Took out a Tempest and then saw an A20 so we set up to ram each other..

We hit each others cpit's but my Kannons were more effective. 'Hello there old chap !!'

I thought if I can place my engine next to his for comparison and prove that my BMW is better than that Imperial klonker..

Couldn't get the pic but I put my rudder right through his wing just to make sure of who had better engineering...vel I was korrect http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Oh ja - there goes that poor Tempest too... Sorry about that, sport!!

Amazing what a bit of lag (~330ms) allows you to get away with.

I was just as surprised as you, to come out of that in one piece. Not having a decent international connection from down here I find the lag (even at a minimum of ~300ms) is not low enough for decent play. So for me it's just play-time and nothing 'serious' http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.gif

Those are some of the most impressive screenies ive seen. Amazing. I'm still laughing in awe....which may be a contradiction.

You survived that because your prop hit the A-20. It's one of the ways in game to make a successful Taran and still live to tell about it. You can do it with just about any prop plane and 1 jet that I know of - the YP-80. As long as your prop (not spinner, prop!) is the only part of your plane that collides with the enemy plane, your engine should be rendered inoperable but you should be fine otherwise.

I've done it a couple of times in a Yak by accidentally putting my rudder through the other guy's wing or prop. Can't say I've ever done it so spectacularly, though.
